This machine is used for VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) plate marking of the four wheelers.
PIKA PIKA matrix system has been developed for generating & marking of the unique VIN as per the model & description of the vehicle coming on the assembly line for final assembly. This complete system comprise of Mechanical, VIN plate clamping fixture, Telesis marking unit, pneumatic system, Electrical system, PC & PC software integrated all together by means of PLC logic.
